Monumental  corner three-storey building with traditional two-pitched roof was designed as L-shaped structure. The building has asymmetrically located portal and two flagpoles above it, and two barely visible balconies – two of them at the corner of the main façade and one at the southern façade. The facades are enlivened with two small avant-corps. The ground floor of the building is decorated with dynamic banded dummy joints performed with faux stone technique – with cuts in the form of passe-partout and bush-hammered dummy joint surface. It is separated from top storeys with a wide frieze.

The purposeful and functional nature of the building is supported not only by the chaste forms of the façade and dark-grey colours of plaster with mica additions. The interior also has clear monumental features with its specific dominating element – the hyperbolized massive complex of staircases with columns. The floor and stairs are performed in terrazzo technique with mosaic elements.

Today, this building accommodates the Medical Department of Uzhhorod National University.
