Brizolit plaster

Brizolit (Czech – břizolit) is a special plaster for building facades finishing that consist of sand, lime, kaolin, fine chips of stone, mica and cement as a bounding component. The characteristic feature of this plaster is a sparkling façade reached by small particles of mica.

The outer structure of brizolit plasters is defined by surface finishing method.

The plasters of this type are classified into smooth and scratched. The texturized scratched plaster method is especially difficult, as it requires continuous process at large façade spaces without any stops. The surface should be processed in one step and the working space is limited only by cornices, tie-bars, pilasters or any other structural elements of the façades.
